Palm Springs Vacation Rental Reports

Monthly snapshots and annual reviews of Palm Springs vacation rental density, estimated permit availability, and permit waitlists.

A clearer view of Palm Springs permit availability

The City publishes detailed vacation-rental figures by neighborhood and reporting area. Sandvue turns those releases into monthly snapshots and annual reviews: which areas remain comfortably below the 20% cap, which are approaching it, where a waitlist is in effect, and how those conditions change over time.

The goal is not to replace the City’s determination. It is to make the public information easier to explore, compare, and use as a starting point for property research.

What each monthly report includes

  • A snapshot-aware map and searchable area table
  • Estimated availability alongside published waitlists
  • MoM and YTD density changes when comparable snapshots are loaded
  • A preserved snapshot for future historical comparisons
