Area overview
Little Tuscany began with Tuscan-influenced hillside homes in the 1930s and later became home to some of Palm Springs’ most celebrated modern residences. Rocky outcroppings, elevation, and views toward the wind turbines distinguish it from the flatter valley-floor neighborhoods nearby.
This is a concise orientation, not a boundary or property-level determination. Use the official neighborhood map for an address lookup.
