La Quinta 2025 STVR Inventory Review — March to November

Five observations, with gaps between them

The recovered weekly registers contain 1,253 included STVR permits on March 26 and 1,211 on November 5, a net decrease of 42 permits. All included permits in these selected 2025 observations were marked active; the suspended category is retained with a reported zero.

The selected observations cover March, April, September, October and November. March and April have the same total, September is lower, October increases, and early November decreases again. Missing months prevent us from identifying a continuous trend or when individual changes occurred.

Reading the comparison

This review spans the recovered March-to-November dates. It does not establish a full-year change: January, February and December inventories remain unavailable, as do May through August. The November source is dated November 5, only one week after the October source.

Each unique included General, Primary Residence or Homeshare STVR permit counts once. Pending and Bed & Breakfast records are excluded consistently. The City’s Exempt bucket is preserved alongside its geographic reporting labels; no density or property-eligibility conclusions follow from those groups.

Quarterly summaries and older retrospective figures provide separately dated context. They do not fill the gaps in this complete-register series or establish occupancy, revenue or investment returns.

This review compares the explicitly listed observations below. Missing months are not interpolated. A permit leaving the published inventory does not establish revocation, sale, or cessation of rental activity.
